About Abu Dhabi Travel & Tourism Week
This year marks the inauguration of the Abu Dhabi Travel and Tourism Week (ADTTW), a platform that brings together four distinct conferences and exhibitions as part of Abu Dhabi Travel & Tourism Week running from the 25th – 28th of September, 2023.
The events under the ADTTW umbrella are:
- City Tourism Briefing
- Abu Dhabi Business Events Forum (previously known as Abu Dhabi Business Events Week)
- Abu Dhabi Wedding Show
- Future Hospitality Summit
As these events focus on key areas such as Tourism Governance & Policy, Destination Marketing, MICE / Business Events, Destination Weddings, and Hospitality Investment, our aim is to engage a diverse audience, including global leaders in the tourism industry and dedicated professionals.
ADTTW's Objectives
Highlight Abu Dhabi's potential as Middle East’s tourism hub and an incubator for Sustainable and Smart solutions.
Be a pioneering, regionally exclusive platform encompassing diverse tourism segments and topics.
Host and facilitate regional and global government-to-government collaborations and engage diverse tourism business leaders.
Provide customised content, training and offer investment promotion to drive capacity building in Abu Dhabi’s tourism sector.
City Tourism Briefing 25th September, 2023
This inaugural event intends to unite all industry stakeholders in Abu Dhabi, establishing a cohesive platform for destination alignment and communication. The forum aims to ensure a unified message throughout Abu Dhabi Tourism Industry. During this event, the DCT leadership team will deliver updates on key initiatives, destination developments and future plans.

Previously known as Abu Dhabi Business Events Week, now Abu Dhabi Business Events Forum (ADBEF) is the premier platform for the MICE industry in Abu Dhabi and the Middle East North Africa (MENA) region sharing best practices amongst peers, learn and up-skill from workshops delivered by professional MICE associations and keynote speakers, network and explore partnerships within the community.
ADBEF 2023 offers an all-encompassing two-day agenda thoughtfully designed to chart the course for the MICE industry’s future within the MENA region. Key focal points include the ever-shifting financial landscape, comprehensive market analysis, and the emergence of transformative trends. Sustainability takes center stage as a unifying theme, emphasising the vital need for conservation efforts and heightened awareness of cultural resonance and the subtle, intangible impacts of events.

Abu Dhabi Wedding Show 27th - 30th September, 2023
ADWS stands as an international platform where some of the world's most influential Wedding Planners converge to share knowledge, forge new partnerships, and shape the future of the Wedding Industry. It marks a ground-breaking venture, being the first B2B Wedding Show with intellectual property owned by a Convention and Visitors Bureau (CVB) in the region. Our overarching mission is to nurture the wedding community, offer a valuable educational platform for stakeholders, and simultaneously create lucrative business opportunities for the destination.
This flagship event will bring together a diverse cohort of participants, comprising international and local wedding planners, alongside local vendors and wedding media professionals connected to the Wedding & Celebration industry.

Previously known as the Arabian Hotel Investment Conference (AHIC), the FHS is an international platform where some of the world's most influential hospitality investment decision makers connect, exchange knowledge, explore new partnerships and shape the future of the hospitality sector.
The event is an evolution from the Arabian Hospitality Investment Conference (AHIC); and has been rotating in different emirates. This year will mark the 19th edition of the AHIC but the debut of FHS in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
